Trackstar 120amp and 6.5t modified v2 motor

I just completed installing everything and I have double checked all my connections.

My problem is my motor is smoking and very hot after just a couple seconds. I have the motor in factory settings running in blinky mode.

I'm new to electric and clueless as to what is going on. Any help is appreciated.

I even pulled the motor from the car and by itself does the same thing.
