Which truggy??!!

Hello all, would like to get some opinions on the truggys, I am going to be buying one but do not know what to get. I race losi so I would like to stick with it but am open to all opinions. Does the truggy handle nitro or electric power better? What is the best electric? What is the best nitro? If I do go electric should I wait for the 4.0 to come out and if I do go nitro, should I get the 3.0 or spend the extra money and get the 4.0- all losi but want to hear different opinions,
