4wd sct question

I am very new to offroad racing and was needing suggestions I just purchased a new losi scte 3.0 what is the most cost effective competitive esc, motor, battery combo to start with don't really wanna break the bank but want to be competitive I have raced oval for many years and been very successful just switched to offroad for a change of pace any help would be greatly appreciated
